GASTRO TRENDY International Trade Fair For Gastronomy
(12-15 September 2011, Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie)
The coffee brewing workshop is dedicated to baristas and employees in cafes, as well as employees of confectioneries and bakeries, where coffee is served every day. As a part of the workshop, the best Polish baristas will train volunteers in professional operation of coffee makers, by passing on the knowledge concerning the principles of coffee making.
We particularly wish to invite the representatives of baking industry to the sandwich workshop. Its main aim is to show how easily you can extend the commercial and service offer of the company by setting up a sandwich bar.

During the fair the next Gastro Trends Forum of Bakers and Confectioners will be held, in which numerous baking and pastry shows are planned, and for industry visitors a competition with attractive prizes will be prepared.
In addition, a wide range of coffees and a variety of professional equipment for making coffee, tea and other beverages will be presented. The owners of cafes and confectioneries will surely be interested in a wide range of tableware, china, cutlery, tablecloths, napkins and clothes for employees of catering establishments. The GASTRO TRENDY International Trade Fair For Gastronomy is also a place where you will be shown everything that is needed to open and modernize the cafe or confectionery.
We invite you to the hospitable areas of Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie, where in even years, during POLAGRA-TECH Trade Fair, the Exhibition of Baking and Confectionery Industry is held. While, in odd years, i.e. this year, as a part of the Gastro Trendy Trade Fair, an exhibition offer centered around the theme of cafes and confectionery equipment has been prepared.
