Poland team of bakers in the composition of Martin Surowiecki, Przemyslaw Koperski and Paul Chojecki, selected in national competitions during the fair Polagra-Tech 2010 won the semi-finals Coupe Louis Lesaffre competition in Lyon and will represent Poland in the Bakery World Cup final at the Paris exhibition Europain 2012.
