Big countdown continues! A little over a month remaining until the start of the industry's largest event for the bakery and confectionery in 2011 in south-eastern Poland - Baking and Confectionary Industry BAKEPOL. Once again, the exhibition organized by the Poznań International Fair in Kielce will bring together an impressive number of exhibitors occupying nearly 7,000 m2 of exhibition space. Exhibitors will present over 60 new products!
You should reserve the term 2-6 April 2011 (Saturday - Wednesday) to visit the fair BAKEPOL. The event will be an arena for the presentation of the latest technological solutions for today's bakery and confectionery - from machinery and equipment, through the whole process lines used at each stage of production, the IT solutions, systems, labeling, packaging and logistics to the raw materials, intermediates and additives and components for bakery and confectionery. There will also be opportunities to improve professional skills during the daily demonstrations of baking bread and confectionery.
